Admission Notice

Admission Forms for seeking admission to Class-XI (Science & Arts) alongwith

Subject Choice List are available on Online only. Students may download the Admission

Forms and Subject Choice List from our Website (www.rkmissionrahara.org).

 Submission of the filled-in Admission Forms & Subject Choice List can be made

by hand only from 4th June (Saturday) to 10th June (Friday), 2022 between 11.00

a.m. and 2.00 p.m. (excluding Sunday) at our School office.

 The cost of Admission Form is Rs. 600/- (Cash only).

Admission Criteria to Class – XI (Science and Arts Streams)

[Bengali and English Versions]

1) The candidates securing at least 85% marks in the aggregate in the Madhyamik

Pariksha-2022 are eligible to apply for Admission in Science Stream.

 The merit list for selection of candidates in Science Stream will be made on the basis

of marks obtained in the Science Group and the Total Marks in the aggregate.

 2) The candidates securing at least 60% marks in the aggregate in the Madhyamik

Pariksha-2022 are eligible to apply for admission in Arts Stream.

Note:- The students desiring to keep Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science

Combination must secure at least 80% marks in Mathematics.

 3) Only students appearing in the Madhyamik Examination under West Bengal Board of

Secondary Education are entitled to apply for Admission to Class-XI (Science and Arts).

4) Total number of Seats:

 i) Science Stream:- 100 (Bengali & English version) and

 ii) Arts Stream - 50 (Bengali & English versions).

5) (i) Out of 100 seats (Science Stream), the first 75 seats are reserved for the top 75

students of our school who will secure higher marks than others in the Madhyamik

Examination.

(ii) The remaining 25 seats (Science Stream) are open to all i, e. the students from our

school as well as those (students) coming from outside schools.

The reservation in Admission for SC, ST, OBC-A & B is applicable only to the remaining

25 seats as mentioned in Clause 5) (ii).

6) There is no Hostel accommodation for Class- XI and XII students.

7) Candidates are required to submit duly filled-in Admission Forms alongwith the

attested photo copies of each of the following testimonials :-

 i) Mark-sheet, ii) Admit Card, iii) Registration Certificate and iv) School Leaving

Certificate on and from 4th June (Saturday) to 10th June (Friday), 2022 between 11.00

a.m. and 2.00 p.m. (excluding Sunday) at our School office.

8) The list of selected candidates will be published on 11th June (Saturday), 2022 at

 4.00 p.m.

9) The selected candidates will be admitted on 14th June (Tuesday) & 15th June

(Wednesday), 2022 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.

10) No seat will be kept vacant after 15th June (Wednesday), 2022 till 2.00 p.m.

11) New Academic Session will commence on and from 4th July (Monday), 2022. The

duration of school hours:- From 10.45 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on week days and on Saturday till

1.45 p.m.

12) School Uniform:

i) White Half/Full Shirt, ii) Steel coloured Full Pant & iii) Black Shoes.

Selected students are directed to meet the Ramakrishna Mission Boys' Home Tailoring

Department for School Uniforms and aprons for practical classes.

13) The use of mobile phones, wrist-watches and electronic gadgets are strictly

prohibited in the class rooms as well as in the school campus.
