2020 Class XI Admission Notification

Admission Form for seeking admission to class-XI (Science & Arts) alongwith Subject Choice List are available on Online only. Students may download the Admission Form and Subject Choice List from our Website (www.rkmissionrahara.org).

Home students will submit the admission form on the date of mark sheet received.

Out Side Students:- by Speed Post and through g-mail (rkmhighschoolrahara@gmail.com) from 24 th July (Friday) to 31st July (Friday), 2020 . 

Selection List and Admission

The list of selected candidates will be published on 10 th August (Monday), 2020 at 4.00 p.m.

Selected candidates will have to deposit the admission fees from 12.08.2020 to 14.08.2020 through NEFT and have to send the photo copy of the slip with Bank's round seal mark to WhatsApp Number 9432407767. Candidate's name along with his father's name and bank transaction number should be clearly written on the slip.

The criteria for admission

The candidates securing at least 80% marks in the aggregate in the Madhyamik Pariksha (West Bengal Board of Secondary Education)- 2020 are eligible to apply for admission in Science Stream. 

The merit list for selection of candidates in Science Stream will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the Science Group and the total marks in the aggregate. 

The candidates securing at least 60% marks in the aggregate in the Madhyamik Pariksha (West Bengal Board of Secondary Education)- 2020 are eligible to apply for admission in Arts Stream.

Total number of Seats: i) Science Stream:- 100 (English Medium- 50 & Bengali Medium- 50) and ii) Arts Stream - 50 

Out of 100 seats (Science Stream), the first 50 seats are reserved for the top 50 students who will secure higher marks than others in the Madhyamik Examination-2020 from home School.

The remaining 50 seats are open to all i, e. the students from our school as well as those (students) coming from outside Schools. 

The reservation in admission for SC, ST, OBC-A & B is applicable only to the remaining 50 seats as mentioned in clause 1. 

There is no Hostel accommodation. 

Candidates are required to submit duly filled-in Admission Forms alongwith Self attested photo copies of each of the following testimonials :- i) Mark-sheet, ii) Admit Card, iii) Registration Certificate and iv) School Leaving Certificate

Bengali Medium (Hostel Scholars & Day Scholars)

N O T I C E

1.The Oral Test will be held on 14th December (Saturday), 2019 at 10.30 am. The selected candidates will be admitted on 19th December (Thursday) at 11.00 a.m..

2.The candidates alongwith their guardians must remain present at the time of admission between 11.00 am. and 1.00 p.m. on 19th December (Thursday), 2019. No seat will be kept vacant if any candidate fails to turn up at the time of admission.

3.a) Transfer Certificate, b) Original Admit Card, c) Birth Registration

Certificate, d) Two copies of	recent passport size photo and e) a Xerox copy of the
Progress Report (the original	one will be required for verification) from the School

assuring that the candidate has already been duly promoted to the next higher class (on the basis of Annual results of the Session 2019) must be produced . If the Transfer Certificate and the Progress Report be not produced on the date of admission, the candidate must produce the same on 2nd January, 2020 positively.
