Verification of documents, if required, should be done only when the students report for the classes in due course. Admission will be cancelled if the documents are found not in conformity with the declaration in the forms submitted on-line. Verification of the following documents in Original : 1. Online-Admission filled-in Application form. 2. Online Admission Payment e- Receipt 3. M.P. Admit Card, Mark sheet. 4. H.S. (10+2) Admit Card, Mark sheet. 5. School Leaving and Character Certificate. (To be deposited) 6. Caste certificate. (if any) 7. P H certificate. (if any) 8. Pass port size color photo 3 copies. 9. Adhar Card.
