Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a National Level Entrance Test through which candidates can find admission into M. Tech./M.E./PhD Programs in IITs, IISERs, IISc and other known Institutes of India.

Closing Date for Submission of (Online) Application (through Website): 21st September 2018
Extended Closing Date for Submission of (Online) Application (through Website): 01st October 2018
Last Date for Requesting Change of Exam City (an additional fee will be applicable): 16th November 2018
Admit Card will be available in the Online Application Portal (for printing): 04th January 2019

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit - There is no age limit for GATE applicants.
Nationality - The candidates should be of Indian nationality. Candidates belonging to Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Ethiopia and United Arab Emirates will also be eligible for GATE 2019.
