Online Application form fill up : from 31 May 2018 at 12 noon Upto 29 June, 2018, 12 noon.

 Cost of Application form including Test and/or Viva voce : Rs. 350.00 (for SC, ST, PH and G-BPL category) ; Rs. 400.00 (for OBCA & OBCB) ; Rs 450.00 (for all other General categories) 

 The selected students should join the Hostel on : 15 July 2018 & Classes will start from : 16 July 2018. 

Eligibility : a) Male students who have secured 50% in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry Honours/Major (for M.SC. Applied Chemistry), 50% in Bengali Hons/Major (for M.A. Bengali), 50% in Sanskrit Hons./Major (for M.A. Sanskrit), 50% in Philosophy Hons/Major (for M.A. Philosophy), 50% in Mathematics Hons/Major (for M.Sc. Mathematics). 

Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC A & B / PH students as per Government norms 

b) Candidates passed out in 2018/2017 (candidates whose final results are yet to be published may apply). 

c) SC/ST/OBC A & B/PH reservation as per Government rules. 

 All original marksheets and admit card must be produced during the written test and/or viva voce, admission and arrival at the hostel. 

Admission to M.Sc. Course in Applied Chemistry 

Publication of the Preliminary List : 30 June 2018 (10 pm approx.) 

Viva Voce (only for those students who will be selected in the preliminary list) : 3 July 2018 from 11 am 

Publication of the Merit List after viva voce : 4 July 2018, at 10 pm 

Date of admission of the selected students after viva voce : 6 July 2018, at 11 am. 

Preliminary selection will be done on the basis of the marks (converted into 100) secured in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry Hons / Major in the last University exam (based on the published results). 

Final selection will be done only on the basis of the marks secured in the viva voce : 50 marrks 

 Total no of seats : 16 (Approx) 

Admission to M.Sc. Course in Mathematics  Date of the Written test : 30 June 2018, 12 noon – 2 pm (marks : 50) 

 Publication of the Preliminary List : 4 July 2018 (10 pm approx.) 

Viva Voce (only for those students who will be selected in the preliminary list) : 6 July 2018 from 11 am 

 Publication of the Merit List after viva voce : 7 July2018, at 10 pm

Date of admission of the selected students after viva voce : 10 July 2018, 11 am.
