Election Commission of India will very soon announce the forthcoming West Bengal assembly election 2016. It is learnt that it will be a 8 phase polls in West Bengal and commission is taking the assessment of how much security persons will be available from central government and depending on that it will be either 8 phase or at least 7 phase polls.
