University of Calcutta PhD Admission in Philosophy 2015

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to PhD programme in Philosophy, Department of Philosophy, University of Calcutta, Kolkata.

Eligibility Criteria

Those candidates who have already passed UGC/CSIR (JRF) Examinations / NET / SET / SLET / M.Phil (Philosophy) / Teacher Fellowship or equivalent examinations need not appear at the written examination and can directly apply to appear at the interview.

The allocation of supervisors will be on the basis of this interview.

List of eligible candidates to appear for the written test will be put on 10th August, 2015

List of candidates eligible to appear for the written test 10th August, 2015

List of candidates qualified for the written test and are eligible for interview 3rd September, 2015

Interview will be held on 14th September and 15th September, 2015

The final list of selected candidates 30th September, 2015

Coursework will commence from 1st August, 2015
