Technician Recruitment in RailTel Corporation of India Ltd

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd invites application from eligible candidates for 25 posts of “Technician (Operation & Maintenance)” on contract basis for Eastern Region. 

Educational Qualification:

Qualification should match with any one of the followings:

1.    Candidates should have Diploma (3 years) with minimum 60% marks in any one of the following discipline — Electronics or Electrical or Information Technology or Computer Science or Information Technology or Instrumentation or any combination of disciplines where Electronics is the main discipline, like Electronics & Telecommunication or Equivalent.

2.    B.Sc. (with Physics / Chemistry/ Maths /Computer Science / IT/ Electronics) with minimum 60% marks or Bachelor of Computer Application with minimum 60% of marks or Master of Computer Application with minimum 60% marks.
(ii) CCNA Certificate
(iii) Should have minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in the field of execution or maintenance of optical fiber cable or data network routers/ switches/ MPLS or Data Centre in IT/Telecom or service industry.

Monthly Remuneration: Rs.20,000/- per month plus Rs.3000 as allowance/contribution

Selection Procedure

Selection of the candidates will be done through written test, interview and medical examination to be conducted at Kolkata.
