Eligible female candidates can apply for admission to M.Sc.
in Botany, Session 2015-16.
Eligible Criteria
Candidates with their Bachelor degree in Botany in 2015 and
2014 are eligible to apply.
60% of the seats are for CU students only on merit basis
and the rest 40% of the total seats are for candidates of both CU and other
Universities to be admitted through written test.
Important Dates
Application Form will be available from 10.07.2015 to
24.07.2015.
Application Fee (Rs.500/-, excluding bank charges) to be
paid at the branches of Indian Bank (any Branch) from 10.07.2015 to 25.07.2015
(within Banking hours).
Merit list for 60 % of the seats allocated to candidates of
CU for current year (2015) and previous year (2014) to be announced by
30.07.2015.
Date of Screening for eligible O.U. candidates for
appearing in the written test: 02.08.2015
Merit list for 40% of the seats based on written test to be
announced by 06.08.2015.
Selection Procedure
Merit will be judged on the basis of percentage of marks
obtained in Botany (Hons.) Examination.
