2nd Merit List Admission
1. Duly paid Applicant's copy of the pay-in-slip / challan.
2. Printout of Application Form (2 pages) generated after successful online submission of the form.
3. Original mark sheet and admit card - H.S./ISC/CBSE equivalent examination.
4. One photo copy of Mark sheet and one photo copy of Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination attested by the Head of the Institution, the candidate last passed from.
5. Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution, the candidate last passed from.
6. Two passport size photographs.
7. SC/ST/OBC must produce the caste certificate in original at the time of admission.
8. H.S. Registration Certificate, Mark Sheet, Madhyamik or 10th pass admit card, caste certificate, school leaving certificate.(original copies and attested photo copies)
9. Every credentials required in orginal with their attested photocopies.
