How to proceed in WBJEE 2015 Counselling

WBJEE 2015 Counselling Procedure will start after the publication of WBJEE 2015 entrance exam results. Qualified candidates have to fill online applications, pay the fees and proceed to fill their choices of branches and institutes.

WBJEE 2015 Counselling Procedure

WBJEE 2015 Counselling will be of three rounds.

A fourth round will be held if vacancies exist.

WBJEE 2015 Online Registration & Fee Payment

Students with qualified WBJEE 2015 / JEE Main 2015 ranks have to register themselves by entering their WBJEE 2015/ JEE Main 2015  Roll No, Application No along with Name and Date of Birth

After registration, candidates have to download the e-challan to pay the non refundable WBJEE 2015 counselling fee [[[[[[[of Rs 506 (inclusive of service charge) at any branch of Allahabad Bank with Core Banking System (CBS)]]]]]].

After payment, candidates have to enter the e-challan payment details. Students should keep the Bank E-Challan Receipt safe as it will be required afterwards.

Students are advised to enter the data carefully as it cannot be rectified or modified by the candidates.

 WBJEE 2015 Choice Filling & Locking

WBJEE 2015 Choice filling will be as per their eligibility exam ie. WBJEE 2015 or JEE Main 2015.

Candidates eligible for both WBJEE 2015 and JEE Main 2015 must submit a single set of choices against WBJEE seats OR JEE (Mains) seats.

WBJEE 2015 Registration, choice filling and locking is allowed once before the WBJEE 2015 counselling for the three rounds and not in between.

Candidates must take a printout of their choices after locking them.

WBJEE 2015 Seat Allotment

WBJEE 2015 Seat Allotment will be on the basis of the All IndiaI Rank (AIR) for JEE Main 2015 and General Merit Rank (GMR) for the WBJEE 2015 and also the locked choices of the candidates will be considered.

Students must download and print the WBJEE Set Allotment letters.

Students who withdraw from any of the three WBJEE 2015 Counselling rounds cannot participate again till the fourth round of WBJEE 2015 Counselling where they will be given a chance to obtain admissions on the basis of the vacancies

Document Verfication and Fee Payment at Reporting Centres

Candidates have to get the documents verified at the reporting centres and pay a fee as specified below in form of a DD in favour of WBJEE 2015 payable at Kolkata.

Provisional Admission

After the successful verification of the documents, a one-time admission and associated fees via a DD (as specified) has to be deposited.

The WBJEE 2015 Provisional Allotment Certificate shall be issued to the respective candidate after the payment of the prescribed fees.

A copy of the same will be sent to the DTE, WB; Vice Chancellor and Registrar of the concerned University; Principal of the allotted College and Secretary of the Association for Professional Academic Institutes (APAI).
