Eligible Criteria :

Qualifications:

For Assistant Professor : Candidates should have a first or high second class Master’s Degree in the relevant Subject/Discipline or equivalent degree of a foreign University (4 semester duration) following a good B.Sc. (Ag.) Hons. Degree/B.Sc. (Hort) Hons. Degree/B.Tech. in Agril. Eng. as applicable. Qualifying in the NET Examination.

For Associate Professor : Same as Assistant Professor and At least 8 years experience of teaching and / or research and / or extension education in the rank of Assistant Professor.

Nationality : Indian

Age Limit for candidates: (Age on 01.01.2014)

For Assistant Professor : 40 years

For Associate Professor : 45 years

Age of Relaxation :

Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe : 5 years

Other Backward Classes : 3 years

Selection Process : Selection will be based on Interview.
