Special CBI court convicted Rajesh and Nupur Talwar for killing their daughter Aarushi Talwar and servant Hemraj. Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar are held guilty of murder and destruction of evidence under section 302 and 201 of Indian Penal code. Rajesh Talwar separately hold guilty, under section 203, of registering a false FIR.
Tomorrow the sentence will be announced.
On 16 may 2008, 14 years old Aarushi Talwar was murdered at their residence in Jalvayu Vihar. Initially the servant Hemraj Banjade was suspected as the murderer. On the next day Hemraj's body was found on the terrace of the house. The Noida police and two CBI teams investigated the case and found many turns.
