Indian Air Force will arrange for open recruitment rally for the posts of Group ‘X’ at Berhampore Stadium, Berhampore, Murshidabad district in West Bengal. The rally will be from from 4 November to 07 November 2012. Unmarried interested candidates from West Bengal and Sikkim can apply. The trades are: Workshop Fitter (Mechanical), Workshop Fitter (Smith), Structure Fitter & Propulsion Fitter, Weapon Fitter, Electrical Fitter, Electronics Fitter, Mechanical System Fitter and Automobile Fitter.
Essential Qualification: Madhyamik or Higher Secondary pass candidates with Mathematics, Physics and English can apply. Minimum 50% of marks in aggregate is required. 3 years Diploma Engineers in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology or Information Technology with minimum 50% of marks in overall aggregate can also apply.

How to apply: Male candidates have to appear in the rally and in that rally, application forms will be handed over to them. After the rally, candidates have to submit the filled in application form.

7 Nos. passport size photograph taken with light background.
2 Nos. Self-addressed (26x12 cm) white envelope without any postal stamp.
3 Nos. Photocopies of each documents of all educational certificates and marksheets and domicile certificate.
