Assembly election results of Doon constituency in Himachal Pradesh

In 2007 assembly election of Himachal Pradesh state, Sukh  Ram of BJP defeated Kirnesh Jung of INC and won the Doon assembly seat. In 2003 assembly election of Himachal Pradesh state, Lajja  Ram of INC defeated Vinod  Kumari of LMHP and won the Doon assembly seat. In 1998 assembly election of Himachal Pradesh state, Lajja  Ram of INC defeated Vinod Kumari Chander - an independent candidate and won the Doon assembly seat. In 1993 assembly election of Himachal Pradesh state, Lajja  Ram of INC defeated Ram Partap Chandel - an independent candidate and won the Doon assembly seat. In 1990 assembly election of Himachal Pradesh state, Chaudhary Lajja Ram of JD defeated Lekh  Ram of INC and won the Doon assembly seat. In 1985 assembly election of Himachal Pradesh state, Ram Pratap Chandel of INC defeated Lekh  Ram - an independent candidate and won the Doon assembly seat. In 1982 assembly election of Himachal Pradesh state, Ram Partap Chandel of INC defeated Narain  Dass of BJP and won the Doon assembly seat. In 1977 assembly election of Himachal Pradesh state, Ram Pratap Chandel - an independent candidate defeated Krishna  Mohini of JNP and won the Doon assembly seat.
