Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM), is a private Engineering and Management College in West Bengal. This institute was established on 1989 and considered as one of the best private Engineering Colleges in the state. This institute is affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT).

Admission to Engineering courses are done through engineering entrance examination (WBJEE).
