Preparation of Narkel Naru

Narkel Narus are of two types- Gurer Naru, the narus made with jaggery and chinir naru-naru made of sugar.  All you need to make Narkel Naru are as follows:

The main ingredients are shredded coconut, sugar, evaporated milk. All the items will be of required amount and how much sweet you want to make the narus.

Take a container and put the shredded coconut and sugar in it. Mix the two items properly and put the container on oven of low flame. The mixture is to be continuously stirred for 5-6 minutes until the sugar melts and is mixed with shredded coconut properly. Then put the evaporated milk in it again continue the stirring process until the milk dries up. Add some cardamom seeds, keep the mixture for 2-3 minutes and start preparing balls with the mixture. That will be your Narkel Narus.
