How to reach Darjeeling – transport services

Siliguri is about 80 km. from Darjeeling and it is the gateway to Darjeeling. The nearest airport of Darjeeling is Bagdogra, which is nearly 88 km. from Darjeeling. New Jalpaiguri is the nearest railway station of Darjeeling. Rocket bus services are available to reach Siliguri and from there buses for Darjeeling, Mirik, and Kalimpong etc are available from are available from Tenzing Norgay Bus Terminus, Siliguri.

From New Jalpaiguri buses are available. One can enjoy the ride of toy train from New Jalpaiguri.
