Chapramari Wildlife Sanctuary is located near the NH 31. Nearest important locations are Lalguri - 26 km, Chalsa – 8 km, Jalpaiguri – 70 km and Siliguri – 72 km.

One has to reach first at any one of the Railway stations: Siliguri, New Jalpaiguri, Jalpaiguri, Alipurduar, Coochbehar. All these Railway stations are well connected with other parts of the country via Indian Railway. From there Buses, Private Cars, NBSTC Buses are available to reach the place.
The nearest Airport is Bagdogra which is 13 km from Siliguri.

Chapramari Wild Life Sanctuary has its own forest inspection bungalow in the Sanctuary with 2 Rooms for 4 persons. In recent years many private resorts have come up in the Lataguri area. Accommodations are available in W.B.F.D.C Ltd. Resorts in Murti and Chapramari Wilderness Camp at Panjhora also.
