Recruitment in Mining job by Steel authority of India

Steel Authority of India Limited will recruit 25 eligible persons as ‘Mining Foreman’ and ‘Mining Mate’. The recruited persons will be posted at Iron Mines in Jharkhand and Odisha. Detain information about the recruitment is given below:

Post:  Mining Foreman

Number of posts: 10

Essential Qualification: Candidate should be Madhyamik pass with diploma in Mining. Mining foreman’s Certificate of Competency under MMR 1961 from the Competent Authority is also required.

Desired Experience:  Candidate should have minimum one year experience.

Pay scale: Rs.9160—Rs.13150 plus allowances

Number of posts: 15

Essential Qualification:  Candidate should be Madhyamik pass and Mining Mate’s Certificate of Competency under MMR 1961 from the Competent Authority

Desired Experience: Candidate should have minimum one year experience.

Pay scale: Rs.8630—Rs.12080 plus allowances.

Age limit for both category of posts: Candidate must be within 28 years as on 30 June 2012.  Age relaxation is applicable for OBC by 3 years and SC/ST by 5 years.

Selection will be through either test or interview or both.

The application form should be enclosed with self-attested copies of testimonials, age proof certificate, qualification, caste, experience certificate, etc and three passport size photographs. One such photograph should be pasted on the application and the other two will be enclosed with the form. Candidate should sign on all the photographs.
