Pay scale: Rs.51550 - Rs.63070 plus other allowances.
Age limit: Candidates must be within 35 years to 45 years as on last date of application. Relaxation of 3 years is applicable for SC and ST candidates. Candidates should have minimum 7 years of experience as an Advocate in the Courts of Civil and Criminal jurisdiction.

Selection will be done through written test on General Knowledge, Aptitude, Intelligence, Test of Comprehension and expression of Law and others from the syllabus of Law, as well as 10 marks for proficiency in the Official language of the State of Assam.
