Central Industrial Security Force –CISF will recruite 995 male candidates under the post ‘Constable/ Fire’. These posts are temporary but in future these temporary posts may be converted into permanent.

Application is prescribed format should reach before 18 July 2012. Minimumqualification needed is Matriculation pass.

 Age limit for applicants: Age should be within 18 yrs to 23 yrs as on 18 July 2012.  Age relaxation for OBC—3 yrs; SC/ST—5 yrs and Other categories—as per norms.

Physical standard of applicants

For general, OBC and SC candidates:

Height:170cms

 Chest (unexpanded/ expanded): 80cms/ 85cms.

For ST candidates:

Height:162.5 cms

 Chest (unexpanded/ expanded): 76cms/ 81cms

Weight should be proportionate to height and age.
Eye sight: 6/6 and 6/9 of two eyes in distant vision.

Candidates should be free from all these following troubles - knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes, bow legs.

Last Date of Application: Application form should reach within 18th July 2012. For the applicants of North Eastern region, the date is 25 July 2012.
