Registration for admission to classes I to IX will only be done online through the school website www.mpbfhsschool.com from 11th December 2015(12 noon) to 8th January 2016 (both days inclusive) .
2. The online registration form must be filled in as per instructions given on the website. Parents are to note all instructions carefully.
3. After filling in the online registration form, parents are to take a print of the same on A4 size paper. Parents must affix the candidate's as well as their own recent passport size colour photograph on the printed registration form. They must certify that all information provided by them is correct by signing at the end of the form.
4. Self attested documents to be affixed are as follows :
i) Photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation
ii) Photocopy of the Report Card of previous school.
iii) Photocopy of any one of the following: passport/ voter's identity card/ driving licence /Aadhar card of either parent.
iv) Photocopy of sibling's Identity Card and previous year's progress report (in case the applicant is a brother/ sister of an existing student of M.P.B.F.H.S.School).
v) In case of an alumnus parent, the photocopy of his/ her Board's Admit Card.
5. The registration fees of Rs.800/- (Rupees Eight hundred Only) is to be paid by means of cash/pay order /demand draft in favour of M.P Birla Foundation H.S School, payable at Kolkata, at all designated branches of Axis Bank Ltd. (as printed on the challan).
6. Parents are to submit the print out of the filled in registration form along with copies of all the requisite documents and the receipted school copy of bank challan in a sealed envelope labelled with the particulars of the applicant into the drop box provided within the school premises and collect the School Prospectus from the school security counter.
7. Parents of all valid applicants for classes I to VIII will be required to come to the school along with their wards for an interaction with the Principal. The date and time of interaction will be informed to the parents through email and/ or SMS on their mobile numbers.
8. The admission process has been carefully designed to provide equal opportunity to all applicants. Every year, we have more applicants than the number of seats available. Therefore, if a candidate is unable to secure a seat, it is in no way a reflection of his/her caliber.
9. Selection for admission to classes I to VIII is done by means of a Computerized Random Selection process. An entrance test will be held for applicants of class IX only. Information regarding date & time of the written test will be sent by SMS / email.
10. Parents must also understand that mere registration does not guarantee admission to their wards.
11. If any information is found to be incorrect or false, or in case proper documentation is not provided, the application is liable to be cancelled.
